Glass Expansion is pleased to release our new and improved Peltier Cooled Cyclonic (PCC) Spray Chamber Kit fully compatible with the Agilent® ICP-MS models. Providing improved washout and increased sample throughput compared to the standard Scott-style spray chamber.

We have also released a semi-demountable torch for the Agilent® ICP-MS models that is precision engineered to provide chemical inertness and choice of injectors for all sample types without compromising analytical performance, usability or durability.

This video will provide an installation guide for proper assembly and installation of Glass Expansion's semi-demountable torch and PCC Kit on the Agilent® ICP-MS.

Glass Expansion has designed and patented the D-Torch, a revolutionary, demountable ICP super torch. The D-Torch uses high-precision engineering to provide the benefits of a demountable torch, such as lower running costs, chemical inertness, and configurable injector geometry, without compromising usability, performance, or durability.

As a means to further assist your laboratory, we have organized this assembly guide video. Before installing your new D-Torch, it is recommended that you review and fully understand the D-Torch user guide provide with your D-Torch Kit.

This assembly guide video features our D-Torch to suit the Agilent® 5100/5110/5800/5900 ICP-OES. Although each D-Torch design is designed to suit a specific ICP model, the assembly and removal procedures for the D-Torch outer tube and injector are all very similar.
